USCA has made a commitment to produce 10 national events in 2014 that will establish a consistently formatted series for enthusiasts of all skill levels. From simple membership, social and vendor interaction activities, to serious competition, the USCA will offer something relevant to all street car and performance enthusiasts, manufacturers, and service providers.
The USCA is an independent organization outside the control of any specific sponsor or organization. The USCA managing staff is comprised of industry professionals that have years of experience creating and producing competitive on and off-track automotive events throughout the country. Safety, professionalism, education, and fun will be our key initiatives.
The events and the series will provide a safe and fun experience for all enthusiasts and each event will encourage participants of all levels. From great social activities to camaraderie on the road, USCA promises to offer a valuable and memorable experience.

USCA Event Format

Each event schedule will be packed from Friday at 12:00 through Sunday at sunset and contain FIVE key segments:
All vehicles entered into the USCA competition will be judged on their construction and modifications that enhance the look, performance, and/or functionality of a stock vehicle while maintaining or enhancing the “Daily Driver” comfort features and accessories. The competition is for high performance “Street Cars” and must strike a balance to:

  1. reach the highest performance on the track
  2. contain features that allow it to be driven daily
  3. achieve high quality fit and finish
  4. involve the use of innovative and cutting edge ideas and parts

The end result should be a clean and pleasing overall package. A panel of Judges will use exacting criteria to evaluate each car using a numerical rating.

The Road Rally is the single event that establishes the ability for the vehicle to be driven on the street.  Routes will typically be 25 to 100 miles long and may or may not include stops.

The Road Rally is not a race and all traffic laws must be obeyed. Vehicles must meet rules to enable them to be compliant with safety and environmental laws/regulations.  Bonus points will be accumulated for the weekend competition and the series.

The Speed-Stop competition is a timed event that establishes the ability of the car and driver to accelerate, negotiate tight turns, and stop in a designated spot.  Traction and braking are the two key mechanical tests, while timing and car control are the two driver tests.

The Speed-Stop is purely time based with the lowest time receiving the highest score.

The Autocross competition is a timed event that establishes the ability of the car and driver to negotiate tight turns, slow speed maneuvers, short straightaways and a stop within a designated spot.

Overall vehicle balance and handling are the two key mechanical tests, while car control and course accuracy are the two driver tests.  The AX is purely time based with the lowest time receiving the highest score.

The Road Course competition is a timed event that establishes the ability of the car and driver to negotiate a variety of turns and straightaways in the shortest time.  Very simply, this is the test to see how closely a street car can perform in real road racing conditions.

The Road Course competition is purely time based with the lowest time receiving the highest score.
